The Sins of My Past

Does this darkness have a name? This cruelty, this hatred, how did it find us? Did it steal into our lives, or did we seek it and embrace it? What happened to us? That we now send our children into the world like we send young men into war…hoping for their safe return but knowing that some will be lost along the way. When did we lose our way? Consumed by the shadows, swallowed whole by the darkness. Does this darkness have a name? Is it your name?

Well, this is my first attempt at something different. Anyone of you who has been watching me, looking at my gallery etc will know that my photos are generally based on nature, sunsets, landscapes etc...I often see this type of photos and I am amazed by the things some people can come up with. Admittedly, I will never be that good, but I wanted to give it a try anyway, do something different. My friend didn't really think I should upload this, but I really wanted to hear what you guys think about this, so PLEASE - give me some feedback
